Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Contact Center

When there are the rare issues with the product, the contact center comes through to be able to successfully resolve my issue. Professionalism is key, but more importantly, the support provided from the contact center to be successful in resolving the issue. I will continue to rely on the contact center till the end of time.

If I were to not be able to resolve the issue myself, I can rely on the Nextiva Contact Center. Being able to patch the product is not something I personally have the ability to do where Contact Center can. But if it needs a simple reboot, I can handle something that simple where I would not need to bother the Contact Center
