Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne
NinjaOne solves a huge amount of issue for us, previous RMM solution offered similar feature but they tool a lot more configuration and testing to confirm if solution working as intended. NinjaOne fixed for us the patching. Its easier to keep everything up to date and its save us a lot of time so they can work on other things. Monitoring also approved we get the rights messages and not a lot of items that need no action.

- Since NinjaOne RMM is cloud-based, our IT staff can now provide remote support to in-house and remote users.
- NinjaOne documentation could be improved.
- The reporting can gain customization.
- Would like to see more emphasis is on network and endpoint security integartion.

- The overall cost of NinjaOne RMM is competitive to comparable solution, and is far cheaper than the expensive monitoring service we're trying to get out from underneath.
- We now receive condition alerts more quickly and reliable than with our high-priced server monitoring service.
- Replacing anydesk with this so we can help the users remotely.
