Nintex is currently being used to automate complex business processes that there currently isn't a solution for.
- Customization
- Allows for complex processing.
- Complexity can high or low.
- Task management is difficult. For example in a flexi task I don't have an action ID but I do in other tasks. Task IDs aren't created until after the task... that's not useful.
- Custom code behind forms is difficult to make work.
- Configuration is not always intuitive - you have to really understand workflow logic to get the most benefit out of the tool. Is it a developer tool? Or is it for the average user who has some experience but may not have the expertise?
- We've been able to track requests and approvals better than in the past.
