Nintex Workflow for Sharepoint

Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Platform

Nintex Workflow and Forms are used extensively in our network of on-premise SharePoint sites. They are used in a variety of tasks by our SharePoint users (employees and clients) - approval workflows, project tracking, surveys, and others.
  • Nintex Forms is easy, intuitive, and great to look at.
  • Simple workflow creation is easy, but complex workflows usually trip our users.
  • Nintex provides great support.
  • User help materials are lacking. They've started Xchange etc., but I don't like the idea of monetizing help.
  • Vendor response (distinct from support response) is slow.
  • Improved adoption of SharePoint platform internally.
  • For specific teams, Nintex-based SharePoint sites have been key to winning engagements.
Nintex is an incredibly powerful toolset, and definitely enhances the functionality of our SharePoint platform in multiple ways. Very complex workflows can be created using Workflow, which is not possible with Flow or others. Nintex Forms is much better than your usual List forms in SharePoint. Where the product still needs to improve though is help and reliability.
