Overall Satisfaction with Nooks

We use to call into enterprise accounts. We have a lean team so Nooks helps us stay dynamic and call into multiple accounts at once

  • Easier access to previous call data if you have connected with the prospect before
  • LinkedIn more accurately updated and accessible

  • Growth team exceeded numbers for pipeline

  • Connect rates are up from previous quarters
I enjoy the platform a ton, it has made my teams day to day a lot easier. It was a bit tough to learn initially but once the Nooks team did a few learning / enablement sessions we were able to get right up to speed. The team has performed the best it has since the addition of Nooks
Nooks enables you to perform task at a high rate with the same if not better information. The other products were both good but did not fit the need for our team and what we needed to accomplish quarter or quarter. I do also like that Nooks has the ability to sync with platforms like that to speed up call tasks from those products.

- helped with getting a high volume of touches out when we had planned events so that the onsite team could meet and perform demonstrations of our product
- enabled us to call into c suite executives with accurate data
- Specific campaigns where we are trying to get ahold of account and prospects that would closely align with a feature release
