All-in-one tool for a knowledge base, task management, and planning
Overall Satisfaction with Notion
When we talk about Notion, I love to use the book analogy. Notion is like a page that is easy to manage thanks to the block content. We can arrange those blocks based on our needs, and also, we can have a full search across other pages.
We basically use it for our internal documentation, like the HR handbook, to explain how the recruitment and onboarding process goes and technical documentation about our software development process. But when you're familiar with the Database block Type, you can turn Notion into anything. For example, some departments use Notion as task management because the database block type can be viewed using Kanban, Calendar, or Timeline view. You can always look for inspiration on how to use Notion from their Template Gallery.
Another cool feature is the sharing options. You can easily manage other users to view only, comment, or edit on specific pages.
