Overall Satisfaction with Notion

Notion is currently being used across the majority of our Product, Research & Development, and Solutions teams. It allows us to seamlessly create, manage, and store multiple different forms of content specific to each department in one easily accessible location. Prior to Notion we used to have several privately owned instances of knowledgebase repositories, notes, Google Docs/Sheets, etc. that were impossible to query for the information we needed.
  • Content organization
  • Team dictation and collaboration
  • Integrations to external platforms
  • Positioning of content blocks
  • Tutorials and training videos
  • Automation and workflows
  • Content structuring and organzation
  • Roles and permissions per user
  • Robust content blocks (types of content you can create/embed)
  • Increased efficiency for our Organization
  • Centralized repository of evolving information
  • Faster win rates due to access to information needed to progress deals
The other competitors all offer valuable content management tools however Notion exceeds expectations when it comes to ease of use, accessibly, versioning, structuring, integrations, and the list goes on. I have used several different tools during my career in the tech industry and Notion is without a doubt the frontrunner when it comes to providing value.

Do you think Notion delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Notion's feature set?

Yes

Did Notion live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Notion go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Notion again?

Yes

There are a plethora of scenarios which Notion is well suited but the few that come to mind immediately are structured organization of content, assigning roles and permissions per user, and integrations to external platforms within your business tech stack. Notion is designed to be a work-flow management nor visualization tool, such as Miro, but where it excels is through creating a centralized/unified environment to store and structure content.
