Overall Satisfaction with Notion
We use Notion for documentation, client tutorials, and organizing pricing for upcoming proposals. Proposals have become a larger part of what we use Notion for, as the linked tables with spreadsheet capabilities have made it a lot easier to communicate large amounts of data to clients without the delivery format being cumbersome to navigate.
Pros
- Tables
- Clean navigation
- Checklists
- Persistent home for documentation
- We don't have tangible ROI numbers for before/after we implemented Notion. I have noticed a clear improvement in our workflow since using it though, and now that documentation is in a central location things run more smoothly when it comes to training clients.
Notion's task planning capabilities weren't quite up to snuff so we have been using Linear for our day-to-day task planning. However, on basically every other front we found Notion to be superior so we use it for everything else.
