Overall Satisfaction with Okta

We use it for MFA, SSO for cloud applications.

Pros

Cons

  • Instead of having too many mobile apps for each purpose, better to design just one mobile app for all purpose.
  • Prevents relying on one vendor for IdPs
  • Easy to implement and administer
  • Support is good and reliable
Integration was easy with almost all new cloud apps and we had a single console for everything.
They were straight to answer our queries even when they had a shortfall which impressed me the most. Their support is honest and reliable.
I never had a downtime with them except for few minutes at times which was fine.
They had same functionality as them for mobiles and we were moving to Intune anyway.

If you don't want to rely on Microsoft Authenticator or Microsoft 2FA, this is the best product to replace it as Identity Provider.
