We are a distributed team where everyone gets to choose their own devices and we use a wide range of different SaaS applications that have been chosen by different stakeholders. Okta manages it all without difficulty. It gives a relatively seamless experience for users.

Reliability

As someone who is not good at managing passwords and software platforms Okta is a one stop shop and always an open tab on my browser.

LastPass for Business

I have used LastPass but did not find it as user friendly as Okta.

It is a really easy solution for getting into all your different software applications. I can't speak about it from an IT perspective, but I can say that if you are evaluating it for your org, your non-IT people will have an easy time using it.
