Overall Satisfaction with Okta

I am using here Okta as our tools utilization page as I am continuously using this as more like the tools organizer since Okta's feature includes adding notification and adding apps as well and this include the feature of requesting access for the apps to be used as well (in case that it is not included in the list of your apps)

Yes, we actually do benefit on this since having centralized identity management platform means that we are having uniform workarounds on using the app as well. With that being said, cloud environment uniformity can cause more efficient speed on responses, that could be the reason why the speed of the app in the Okta homepage is noticeable.
There is actually one time that there is tool outage here in our work, it seems that the Okta is affected and we asked them since Okta is not working as expected as well. They assured us that they are working on it and they addressed the situation swiftly and fixed the outage in a very fast manner.
It is! We are having the trust and the relief that we need per day in order for us to ensure that we are going to do our job perfectly since the app that we are using is doing its part and job with almost 100% guarantee that the app will work which is on this case, Okta.
We selected Okta since as I mentioned earlier, speed means a lot to our account. The reason behind that is because it enables us a lot faster and utilize our apps better. Do not get me wrong, PingOne is a great app, its just that the app itself does not have the processing speed the same Okta have.

Okta's ease to navigate plays a vital role in our scope. The reason behind that is because our response time truly matters in our work and having the simplicity of the interface of Okta can help us a lot in order for us to navigate and to use apps located in Okta with ease! Additionally, it is fast to load and as a result, we are using our time efficiently.
