We use Okta for access to our network, programs and extranet. Okta provides very easy to use security to authenticate the user, and is always fast, effective and efficient. I like that there are multiple ways to authenticate access for the network and our programs.

We’ve really benefited from Okta by having one centralized system that keeps access consistent across all of our applications, without locking us into any one vendor. It’s made it much easier to bring new systems online, apply security settings across the board, and manage user access from one place. Overall, it’s helped simplify things while improving both efficiency and security.

During our initial rollout of Okta, their Customer Success team was very engaged and took the time to understand our goals. When we hit a provisioning issue, they worked with us in real time to troubleshoot and resolve it. That level of support helped us avoid missteps, move faster, and move forward with confidence.
