Overall Satisfaction with Omnify
We are using it for class and camp registrations. We needed a platform where we could collect registrations, payments, ask survey questions, collect waivers and build business and it does all of that for us.
- It’s very easy to set up from the admin side. There are so many tutorials provided and everything f is very simple and straight forward.
- Customer support is exceptional. Aravind, my customer success associate, has helped me patiently through the entire process and is quick to answer questions, help me with fixes, and check in to make sure things are going smoothly.
- I’ve run into some issues with dates not showing up or functioning correctly but it has been addressed quickly.
- It seems like their classpack functions still have some kinks to work out. That was a bit confusing to set up and I’ve run into some bugs and inconsistencies but again, it’s been quickly addressed.
- Professional registration option.
- Easy to use both on the admin/set up side and on the client sign up side.
- Just enough customization.
- Increased customer base
- Increased customer interest in our organization.
I used the other product through a large Parks and Recreation Organization. Omnify is much easier to set up and use.
