Company wide Omnify has been recommended by the owners as an excellent software for pool reservations within our communities
- Customer service, specifically, Shailja Rohillah went above and beyond to assist me
- Software is user friendly and with the personal live onboarding, all questions were answered
- Ability to personalize the site to match each specific community is key
- Ability to organize classes by time, although Shailja Rohillah, found me a work around and actually did all the background work for me! Could not ask for more exceptional customer service!
