Overall Satisfaction with Omnify
We started using Omnify with our sister property in Tampa for pool reservations. We were looking for an easy and convenient way for residents to schedule time at the pool. Aravind and Kruthika were great in assisting us with the process. I am very pleased with their response time and willingness to assist.
- Omnify has an easy scan in QR code.
- Easy way to cancel a time slot and send a message to the people who reserved that time slot.
- Easy way to control who the residents/customers add to the time slots.
- Easy reservation system
- User friendly
- Customer service
- Less time for our receptionist to physically have to schedule people.
