Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We are using ON24 in our Marketing Department at Scientific Learning Corporation. We had looked into purchasing ON24 back in 2011 but didn't proceed at that time. We were looking for a solid, reliable webinar platform to help drive quality leads to each webinar.
Our ON24 WOW moment - realizing that audio issues were no longer a problem for our attendees! And the quality of the data we were able to get from the attendees was eye-opening.
We have held better quality webinars, with no issues with the audio portion of the presentation. We used to have up to 20% of our attendees who weren't able to join the webinar and now this is not an issue for us.
We also have been able to capture attendee data - from poll questions, surveys and from questions that are asked throughout the webinar. This helps our sales team to immediately reach out to people who attend webinars. We also find out who is wanting more information and who may not be interested. It definitely saves our team time after each webinar.
If someone were interested in ON24, I would definitely say that they should give them a try. ON24 has transformed how we do webinars and I am excited to see what other benefits we will see from the platform as we continue with ON24 (we will hit our 1 year anniversary with ON24 in September 2016).
I also like how ON24 cares about what us, the customers, have to say and they are constantly incorporating our suggestions into the platform.
