Overall Satisfaction with ON24

Several business units within the organization use ON24 for outreach to external audiences through the webcast channel. The ON24 platform provides us the ability to run webcasts and create recordings of the webcast for an audience to view on-demand.The reporting data around the source of registrations, registrants, attendees and their engagement activities enables us to score the prospect.

  • Provision for on-demand access
  • Easy editing of recordings for use as on-demand webcasts
  • Does not provide host/moderator options unlike some other webcast providers
  • Over-priced for support requirements
  • Lacks mass mailing feature to drive registrations
I have not experienced any glitches or outages so far and the ON24 folks have been available for my requirements and support.
  • Provides the capability to do mass outreach and create market awareness
Not appropriate for internal audience especially so if they are working from corporate infrastructure and will be behind IT firewalls which will restrict or hinder the streaming and resulting in sub-optimal webcast experience.
