Overall Satisfaction with ON24
Our company is using On24 to provide webinars to our clients. We set up a certain amount of topics every year, based on the client, and we give a basic overview on that specific topic. We also push its Questions and Answers feature which would allow viewers to ask questions based on that topic. We also use these videos as a reference if anyone needs to go back and review it.

- Using on24, it is very simple to create and manage a webinar. There really isn't too much to guess and their help guide is very detailed and helpful.
- On24's turnaround time for addressing submitted cases is usually very fast. It's helpful as often times, if we need something addressed, it's usually a rush.
- We've been giving the opportunity to touch base with our On24 Representatives, weekly and monthly. It helped a lot as if we had questions it was addressed right away. Also, they would often times give us a preview of what's to come.
- While it is easy to set up a simple webinar, some things are hard to customize. For example, the Registration and Lobby pages, a lot of things are hard coded so we would have to become creative to get them to look how we would like.
- Sometimes, although, not very often, Slides get stuck when trying to upload. I'd have to create a case to have the slide deck reloaded.
- Using the services that we provide from On24, we are able to increase our customer engagement.
- We use On24 services to do internal trainings, review sessions, etc.
