Overall Satisfaction with ON24

Across entire organization. Use it for our webinars and sometimes for internal training.
  • Branded platform
  • Ability to post other documents and materials
  • Flexibility with live, ONDemand, Simu-Live, Video
  • Streaming based services so all of our customers can use it. No security issues
  • Toll free dial-in that is not incredibly expensive
  • Help desk is sometimes unable to solve easy problems

Much better with the exception of the dial-in capabilities.
Webinars work very well for us. We also do free training sessions where attendees need to verbally interact with the trainer. Because the dial-in rates are so high, we have to use another product.
