Overall Satisfaction with ON24

Our branded content marketing team uses ON24 to host live and on-demand webinars for lead generation. We host 2 to 4 webinars per month on technology trends, product features for our online technology learning platform, and more. Our customer support team also uses ON24 to assist our platform success managers with live demos and trainings.

We've integrated with Marketo. This works well, but I do not manage it personally.
I haven't had a problem yet.
  • I've been able to host more events with ON24 due to their pre-record and simu-live features.
[ON24's] support is 100% better. They do not have a cap for participants.
I think this tool is well suited to live and simu-live content. The pre-recorded content is a little hard to use since the video file size has to be so small.
