ON24 is being used to deliver webinars to IT leaders and professionals.
- Lead generation
- The platform is customizable.
- The reporting tool is useful.
- Email reminders are easily customizable.
- If you have a multi-session event, the registration process, email reminders, and reporting tool all require a lot of manual manipulation.
- I don't like the fact that the placement of the widgets on the console isn't able to be "fixed/locked." One slight movement and the widgets move, and you cannot undo.
- It would be nice to have a library of console templates that you could easily load the widgets into and that looks organized & aligned automatically.
- Supported gaining new business.
