Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 to deliver relevant content to our clients through webcasts. It is only being used in our marketing department. It allows for access to our portfolio managers to the masses. It allows for a more interesting way for us to communicate to our clients.

  • Online access to customize webcast is easy to use, once you know where everything is.
  • Customer support is speedy and attentive to our questions and demands.
  • Reporting analytics are easy to understand and accessible to all.
  • Registration page could be more dynamic. Currently there is only one view.
ON24 is currently integrated with the company's CRM, which is Salesforce.
So far, everytime I have needed support, I have gotten it in a timely manor. It is important that the webcast is available for replay immediately. The support team has done a great job in having it ready a few hours after the webcast has occurred.

  • Webcasts have facilitated training and industry continued education.
Well suited to provide content to the masses. Whether it is training, sharing insights, product updates.
