- The presenter/producer interface can run slowly.
- Screensharing is a little clunky at times.
- We spend a lot less time holding live webinars that don't need to be run live (now we have a great content library of on-demand webinars that we can keep feeling fresh by updating the resources or content within them as needed).
- Less time manually tracking/reporting attendees.
We switched from GoToWebinar to ON24 because we recognized we needed a more customizable webinar experience based on Sales, Marketing, and Training needs, and we've been very pleased with the transition.
