ON24 Gives Us the Support We Need for Client Retention
Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24 for our virtual sessions for both clients and prospects. While the tool started off as a pure marketing tool, our customer success team is now tapping into the power of ON24 to deliver webinars to our users on how to best utilize our product. With all of the additional functionally outside of just hosting a webinar, ON24 allows us to engage with our users the way that we want to!
- Lead generation
- Training
Pros
- Simu-live webinars. These are lifesavers for global companies that need to create content for different regions. Record once and turn on at the appropriate time for another timezone.
- Branding capabilities and the way that you can style the dashboard allows you to build up your brand without having to make a custom solution.
- Reporting, with the detailed insights into what users were interacting with during your webinar, is extremely valuable. Being able to see the engagement levels for repeat viewers is great too.
Cons
- Support. I've had issues from time to time where either myself or a colleague needed to reach out to support and they were not extremely helpful.
- The screen sharing functionality could be better. Feedback from some team members was that there was a lag, so they opted to record outside of ON24 and upload their recording instead.
We use HubSpot with ON24. This allows us to use our own landing pages and forms for registration instead of ON24. That allows us to enrich our attendees' data and see every action that they took before they became a marketing qualified lead!
- ON24 helped us to launch our client upsell campaign by delivering product webinars to clients that resulted in $150K in upsell/renewals in just a few months.
- Helps us to nurture leads further down the funnel.
I was not the one to evaluate the tools, a team member of mine did. We did a few demos and trials with other solutions, but ultimately ended up on ON24 for their branding and multiple options for how to host the webinar.
