It is used across the business to provide thought leadership and demo webinars for prospects, as well as training videos for customers.

- Tracking engagement of people with webinars: how many they've viewed, where they've clicked, etc.
- Time-lag between the presenter speaking and being viewed by the viewer.
- New updates mean that the sound is difficult to enable for viewers and is blocked by some firewalls. Lots of "I can't hear you" and "has the webinar started" messages.
Salesforce one way integration and HubSpot via webhooks. Data collected in On24 is passed into Salesforce campaigns.
