Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24 to host our client webcast, and we do a minimum of 8 webcasts a quarter. It helps us to capture the interest of our clients and to hear their issues while we go live. Also, it is easier to use for speakers and other team members in my team. We have been working with this since 2017.

- ON24 has the apability to record slide by slide.
- Good ability to customize the look and feel.
- Provides the ability to listen to replays and re-record multiples times.
Cons
- They don't have an India local/toll-free number, which is why some speakers don't accept our invitation to speak at our event.
- The live video recording option should be available without actually doing a live webinar.
- It should allow slide and video recording simultaneously, that would be a very good feature.
Yes it is. It ties back to API push and, in turn, it reaches the Unica tool. We can see the data, but it doesn't incorporate some meaningful information as to what poll responses clients had to what questions, so it doesn't give us the full picture in one place, follow up still requires a manual sheet where this information is downloaded.

- We have direct interaction with clients for 30-40 minutes.
- We get their undiverted attention when they come to attend.
We had three other options, but ON24 stands out in terms of look and feel and customizing features. Also, the report dashboard and account dashboard are good features. They also have a good customer care team which reacts immediately to issues. It is also one of our approved vendors to work with.
