Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We currently use ON24 in a variety of different ways. One of our biggest uses is client facing. We've created onboarding videos for our new clients and it's helped us immensely. We're able to automate this process rather than scheduling and rescheduling live videos. We also use it for live videos. Once a month, we conduct a live webinar that we then repurpose and host on our ON24 page.

Pros

  • Hosting of past webinars is key. Our clients can view past presentations we've done whenever it is convenient for them.
  • We also use this platform for lead generation. We're in the infancy stages at the moment but we're looking to expand that.
  • Their support has been fantastic.

Cons

  • Connecting it to Pardot has been a problem.
We have it connected to Pardot although it hasn't worked for us yet. I'm still having to manually import registrants manually.
It's 2019. If you can't do this, then you're way behind the times. ON24 is available anywhere I can get a signal, WiFi or LAN.
  • In terms of customer support, it has been great.
  • Connecting to Pardot would help us immensely. I feel we might be losing some traction there.
I wasn't on the discovery team that looked at different options.
I think my other questions answered this.
