Overall Satisfaction with ON24

The platform is being used by a department within the organization and allows us to conduct client webinar presentations.

Not sure
I've never experienced a situation where ON24 wasn't available, therefore, I find it highly reliable.
  • We have seen as increase in webinar program sales since switching to the ON24 platform
ON24 is a much more user-friendly platform with more offerings to customize. Their support staff is quick to respond. Our clients have more familiarity with ON24, so that makes our overall process easier.
I've only used it for client programs, but find that it works very well for a wide range of companies across many different industries. It could be useful for internal training purposes as well.
