Overall Satisfaction with ON24

Marketing uses it to host our webinars and CS is using it as well for webinars and webinar recordings. It addresses many webinars.

  • Easy to use to set up registration/emails.
  • Great audio, no issues with users joining.
  • Producer/webinar dashboard set up could be more user-friendly.
No not at this time, could be helpful to do that. We use SalesForce currently.
No issues hosting the webinar. This would dramatically hurt webinar performance and overhead if we had to troubleshoot sign on.
  • Not sure about this, we are increasing engagement with our customers.
Adobe Connect is the most user-friendly and easiest to join, but I like ON24 as a close second.
We use it for adoption webinars and it works great for that. The email suite isn't robust enough, so we use Iterable for that.
