Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We currently use ON24 for monthly lead generation based webinars (Marketing). We are also in the process of using it for an OnDemand Demo resource. And our Talent Team has used it to train our Freelancer Network how to use our Platform.
Pros
- Engagement - so much more than just slides on a screen with a voice in the background.
- Inspiration - Mark Bornstein's webinars are phenomenal and make us want to elevate the webinar experience.
- Additional Uses - more than just a Webinar Platform, we are also hoping to use it to run a Certification Program through.
Cons
- Support - back-end support is sometimes a struggle. Particularly with the Pardot integration.
- Lead Gen Tracking - we would like to see more functionality in terms of being able to embed a Pardot form in to the ON24 platform for easier leads tracking.
- Training - would like more technical training. Did the Webinerd certification and enjoyed it. But still feel like we need more of the specific technical training.

It was a life-saver. We switched to Webcast Elite mid-2020 and increased our attendee numbers significantly. Our monthly webinars are now a big part of our Team's lead-gen goals.
