Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We mainly use ON24 to host sales training internally and customer webinars externally. It helps to capture audience information and be able to run webinars in different format (e.g. live/ simu-live).

Pros

  • Customisation of landing page and presentation console.
  • Easy to use platform.
  • Report & insights.

Cons

  • Only 1 layout for landing page design (can't move around banner/agenda position).
  • Old presenter platform is a bit too dated (our company hasn't switched to new one yet).
  • Mobile experience can be improved.
  • Sales knowledge uplift through sales enablement via ON24.
  • Lead generation via webinar engagement.
  • Conduct lead scoring
  • Track registration and attendance
  • Enable sales follow-up
  • Optimize campaign nurture programs
ON24 greatly helped us to kickstart the path to digital events when covid-19 hit last year. It's our first customer digital webinar back then and we leveraged ON24 to run webinars smoothly while people are working from home (no physical events have taken place).
Not really sure about this question - so far in our organisation only marketing team has been using the platform for training and external customer events. Adding/removing licenses wise was ok - need to go thru the customer success manager.
Well-suited: when you want assistance on running webinars to generate leads with great visibility on data and statistics.
Less appropriate: you don't care about the stats, just run regular webinar for awareness generation.
