Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We organise all types of Webinars, it is used across the company to inform their clients about what is going on in the company. We also have all kind of educational webinars, as well as market updates for our Club members. Once in a while we organise big events with a few thousands participants.

  • Possibility to add a background to the speaker, without having to add 3rd party applications.

Being an online Fintech company, Webinars always appeared as one of our top means to reach many clients. Due to Covid, we did have to postpone some events and move some of them online. We were happy to be able to offer this to our clients.
Easy to manage it.
We currently use ON24 and I was curious about what competitors have to offer.
Easy to use if you know how to, works fine.

I don't think that compared to competitors, ON24 offers a super user-friendly, sexy and modern platform. I sometimes have the feeling that it's a bit old school.
