Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 is used by the Marketing department at Acumatica for running prospect as well as customer webinars. We host 4-5 webinars (both live and simu-live) in a month. Webinars are a part of our demand generation strategy.
Pros
- Reports and analytics provided by ON24 are really helpful as it gives a detailed overview of not just number of registrations and attendees but also the questions asked, and especially the duration each attendee was there for the webinar.
- Recording the live webinar and hosting it as simu-live in the future. I've used other webinar hosting platform as this feature is definitely very important for us.
- Running polls, a different moderator for answering Q&A is very helpful.
Cons
- None that I can think of.
- It's been great for our company as we host 4-5 webinars every month and for each webinar, we have over 40 attendees. It has increased our prospect as well as customer engagement exponentially post-covid.
- Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
- Conduct lead scoring
- Track registration and attendance
- Enable sales follow-up
- Optimize campaign nurture programs
- Identify and track top-engaged accounts
It has been very useful as we started relying on webinars more during Covid and hence our engagement has increased. We've has no issues while hosting webinars in terms of network especially when there are 3 presenters for 3 different locations. It's extremely user-friendly.
There is a huge difference. ON24 has the capability to run polls which lacked in GoToWebinar and ON24 is very user-friendly with all the features we wanted.
