Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We currently use ON24 for external facing webinars that include panel discussions, software demonstrations and interactive engagement with prospects and customers . It is primarily used by the marketing team with guest speakers from around the organisation.
  • Flexible, customisable console window for viewers
  • Customer support
  • Multiple hosting options
  • Presentation manager could be made more user friendly for non-techie presenters.
  • Use of flash player has caused issues on some events.
  • Web integrations.
  • Increased market engagement.
  • Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
  • Track registration and attendance
  • Enable sales follow-up
  • Optimize campaign nurture programs
A relatively seamless shift from face to face events to online.
Better analytics which combine all event activity would be beneficial.
Well suited for single online events.
Less suited for multi session day events.
