Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is used on a regular basis to run webinars for our customer base. We host around 8 webinars each week on a variety of topics to support the teachers that use our platform. There are 3 people in the marketing team who set up the webinars on On24, however we have many staff members at the company who host and run the webinars. ON24 is a good platform for us as it is fully customisable with our brand, easy to use and with the ability to pre-record Simu-live webinars, it allows us to deliver excellent-quality professional development across many time zones.

  • The ON24 Support is fantastic, the live chat feature makes troubleshooting an issue a breeze.
  • The Advanced Analytics provide deep insight to our audience, allowing us to continually improve.
  • There always appears to be a bit of an issue when uploading PowerPoints to webinars. Extra slides added, etc.
  • Sometimes the sound cuts in and out, presenters need to refresh - not ideal when running a live session.
  • Increased touch points with our prospective customers.

At the beginning of 2020 we had several in person events planned across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. When COVID-19 hit we had to shift all of these events online. ON24 allowed us to provide excellent quality professional development to teachers across the globe.
The scalability of ON24 is good. It allowed us easily to increase our professional development offerings and we ran hundreds of webinars last year to support our customers. It helped with the increase in our customer base (due to COVID-19) and supported their onboarding. It also allowed us to easily put our brand out there and run sessions in partnership with other companies.
Prior to ON24 we used Zoom for the majority of our webinars. We still use Zoom, however, this is for much smaller events and where we would like to encourage more interaction between attendees. Zoom does not have the same capabilities, it is not customisable and you cannot add resources easily. ON24's widgets create a great user experience.
ON24 is a great platform to provide webinars. It is easy to use, provides great analytics and the user experience is good. We find ON24 great for hosting webinars with our customer base. It is best used for a passive audience where you do not require audience interaction. We find that for more collaborative events we would use alternative platforms.
