Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is being used by both the Sales and Marketing teams. We use it for our virtual global sales kick-offs and demand generation webinars. We needed a webinar platform that can be synced to Marketo, our primary marketing automation tool. Because of the pandemic, we had to switch from physical events to virtual events and that's where ON24 came in.
  • Good platform for webinars.
  • Has lead scoring + webinar engagement scoring.
  • Has all the widgets needed to run a webinar.
  • Webinar support is expensive.
  • UX experience when requesting for a paid service needs improvement.
  • We've had more leads coming from our ON24 webinars than our physical events.
  • Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
  • Conduct lead scoring
  • Track registration and attendance
  • Optimize campaign nurture programs
Pre-pandemic, we rarely used ON24 and preferred holding physical events. The pandemic made us shift from physical events to purely virtual events/webinars. This is where ON24 came to be our primary source of leads. It takes less effort and resources to conduct webinars than a full-blown physical event.
Overall, ON24 is able to do its job. I know that they have wide array of other products, but we only have 1, Webcast Elite, so I can't really say anything much for overall scalability.

If you're looking for a webinar platform that can provide all the features you would be needing to run a successful webinar, then ON24 is the one for you. It has built-in widgets that you can use to enrich the experience of your audience. The whole webinar creation is also fairly intuitive and easy. It can be synced to your platform for lead generation. They also have webinar engagement and lead scoring that's very useful for the sales team in qualifying leads into the funnel.
