Overall Satisfaction with ON24

I believe company-wide ON24 is being used by many different departments. We use it to host webinars for our clients and sponsors. Our sales reps sell webinars as part of a comprehensive marketing package and as a PM, I help facilitate the webinar and also handle all the back end logistics of setting up the console and making sure everyone knows how to use the platform.
  • Simple user interface for managing webinars.
  • Great audience interface.
  • Intuitive functionality, you can figure things out pretty quickly.
  • Great customer support.
  • Virtual backgrounds would be a nice feature for our speakers.
  • Being able to direct the camera ourselves when someone is talking vs having the computer audio decide who gets the camera.
  • Not maxing out participants on the back end.
  • Greater control/options for video clips.
  • Our sponsors/clients love hosting webinars, so this is invaluable for us.
  • Our sales reps are always selling more webinars and to repeat clients, so they love it.
  • Clients love the reporting we provide on the success of their webinars.
  • Track registration and attendance
ON24 has been invaluable to us during the pandemic. We successfully shifted many of our in person events to online symposiums. Clients have been loving them as well and they have become so successful we will probably shift to a healthy mix of both, in person and digital only events. Our sales reps will be able to sell both types of events to clients. We will have people ready for in person, but also those that are still hesitant and wanting to stick with digital only.
I can't really speak to this aspect as I am a program manager for our little department. I know our company heavily uses ON24 in other departments and it is highly regarded, but I do not know enough to speak to the licensing aspect or expanding the use across departments. I do know that we moved from hosting one hour webinars, to hosting 3 hour long symposiums and that has been a great experience.

ON24 is perfect for the types of webinars we host for our clients. We are moving to have all of our webinars with audio and video, even if we aren't using webcams, because it often works better for audio to log on and use computer audio then dialing in from cell phone, b/c for real, who has a landline? No one. My connection has started dropping from my cell phone and has become unreliable, so using the computer audio is better. Also better suited for clients in China, as there is no local dial in number.
