Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We started using On24 at the beginning of the pandemic as we transitioned from in-person conferences to all virtual, and it has allowed us to continue to deliver the content of our conferences and webcasts to our members.
Pros
- Analytics
- Our dedicated rep, as well as tech help associates, always respond ASAP
- They seem to take seriously the feedback and suggestions, and implement those to make a better product for everyone
Cons
- Would like to see more customization options in some parts
- Can be glitchy, but they address them quickly
- Networking
- Interacting with speakers
- Kept members engaged when we weren't meeting in-person
- Allowed more access to content because those that might not have been able to travel could still attend
- Have lost some business due to fact that there isn't any live face-to-face interaction available between attendees and sponsors, other than Q&A and Chat

- Identify and track top-engaged accounts
On24 allowed us to remain engaged with our members by providing a platform to deliver our content to our members on a variety of current issues that relate to their corporate involvement.
