Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We utilize ON24 as our main webcast and virtual events platform. We use it to offer CPE credits to external guests as well as to create content journeys for our contacts and clients.

We have created dashboards that integrate all of our ON24 data into a PowerBI template that gathers data from our CRM. This allows us to get a snapshot look at how our webcasts are performing and gives us insight into areas we should continue to create content on. It shows us where we can follow up on certain client areas and what we can table for now based on results.
We have not yet done a virtual event through ON24 but continue to attend their events to gain insights and gather ideas for when we are ready to implement further than just our webcasts and multi-day webcast series.
We are able to customize almost everything within the platform giving us a hands-on approach without needing a lot of guidance. We can implement our webcasts with ease!

ON24 is always willing to scale to whatever we need them to do. Their customer service is impeccable and we have come to see them more as business partners than just a technology vendor.
