Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We conduct regular webinars with different types of HCPs (healthcare professionals) - pediatricians, oncologists, and more. This helps us to only build communities of HCPs where they share common problems and solutions but also promote our products. On top of that, these kind of webinar help us to build trust with our company and increase overall brand awareness.

Currently, we are not using engagement data provided by ON24 in our decision making processes. However, we have plans to do that very soon.
ON24 recently introduced couple of new and exciting features - forums and breakout rooms. We have tried them out and our audience really liked it.
There're couple of things in ON24 design and functionalities that need to be improved, e.g. Landing page builder.
