Overall Satisfaction with OnBase by Hyland

OnBase is used by the entire university community as its central data management tool. In my department, it is used for all documentation - donations, gift agreements, correspondence, proposals, reports, etc.
  • User friendliness is optimal
  • Streamline our gift processing- Capability of utilizing the program scan, remote deposit, create batches and store documents
  • Providing ready access to al documentation.
  • I don’t believe there is a con to the program
  • It is costly and the more users you add and features the more expensive it gets
  • Sometimes the system is sluggish
  • It creates a fluid all user access
  • Improves overall University efficiency
The workflow processing that is a purchasable feature was better suited
Because they could improve the user-friendliness of the system

  • Hopefully we can go Green by fully utilizing all of its functionalities
