We use OneCause for event registration and guest tracking along with the online/in-person auction platform, donation and appeal tracking, payment processing/reconciliation, and the text to give feature.

While there are some features that could be improved upon, overall the platform is extremely user-friendly and intuitive to manage. The help website is very easy to use and very helpful, and the support team is quick and always accessible to support issues.

Guest registration is seamless and integrates well with the donor management system. Online auction components are easy and intuitive to manage.
