Overall Satisfaction with OneCause
We first purchased OneCause to be utilized for an in-person event scheduled for April 2020. Unfortunately, that event needed to be canceled, however, we were able to easily pivot to an online event using the OneCause platform. We ended up hosting three online events in 2020 utilizing OneCause and a Giving Tuesday fundraising campaign. In 2021, we planned a completely online fundraiser using OneCause. The platform was critical to the success of the events and allowed us to raise critical funds and reach our supporters during the pandemic. In April 2022, we were able to utilize OneCause for the first in-person event. The event was a huge success, as we were able to capture bidding from individuals at the event as well as online. We had our most successful Gala fundraiser and are very happy with the services and support that OneCause offers.
