Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

Turnstone Center for Children and Adults with Disabilities is a non-profit in Northeastern Indiana that uses OneCause as our only platform for all digital fundraising processes. OneCause makes it so easy for us to create impactful fundraising campaigns, sell tickets online to fundraising events, host live and silent auctions, and gather donations from across the world.
  • Simplify the online donation processes
  • Create impactful fundraising campaigns
  • Host events of all types (virtual, in-person, and hybrid)
  • Take payment options such as Apple Pay, Paypal, etc.
  • OneCause could have better integration with donor databases
  • I wish all of their fundraising platforms worked together. (Peer2Peer, the old event ticketing platform, Text2Give & their new event platform)
  • Increased amount of funds raised
  • Time saved planning and hosting events
  • Increased reach of donors/supporters from around the world.
I think that OneCause is a very intuitive, user-friendly platform on the non-profit user's side and also from the donor's perspective. They have created a software that is good for both mobile devices and desktop computers. The customization allowed for your campaigns is also incredible - you can make each fundraising website feel like a true extension of your non-profit.
They have a fantastic tech support team who typically responds to your questions and concerns within minutes. They are available for emails, phone calls, and have also created videos that walked me through my problems. When you initially get started with their peer2peer platform, they provide you with a consultant whose job is to walk you through setting up your first campaign. You al so receive a specific to you Customer Success Manager who is there for any and all questions and will help you until you find the answers needed!

Turnstone would highly recommend OneCause for all digital fundraising needs. It has allowed us to host fantastic events, both in-person and virtual, with ease because of their ticketing system, auction capabilities and virtual streaming options. OneCause also allowed us to pivot during the COVID-19 pandemic and place a huge emphasis on our digital fundraising strategy. Their Peer2Peer platform allowed our supporters from across the country to create pages and ask their friends and family members to consider donating to Turnstone. We have steadily increased our new donor numbers and fully transitioned into the digital fundraising world. So many people have been able to come alongside Turnstone in supporting people with disabilities because of OneCauses' intuitive and easy to use fundraising software.
