Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use OneCause for our silent and live auction management. Solves the issue of our team using paper bidding format, which is huge. We want our users to be able to bid from their phones at their seats, walking to get a drink, from home, etc.

Friendly and helpful
We prefer OneCause to GiveSmart. The platform is better but the support team is really where we saw a major difference.

The OneCause platform is super user-friendly and easy to use. As an admin of our account and someone who hadn't used a platform like this before, I was really happy with the features and the ability to customize the Giving Center to look on-brand. We appreciated the support team's readiness and willingness to help us whenever needed, and they were always able to answer our super-specific questions.
