Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

Our organization uses OneCause to manage our annual gala. It makes it possible for us to manage all the moving parts of the event in one place - ticket sales and sponsorships, auction items, donations, event management. Its a one stop easy tool.

Pros

  • ticket sales
  • auction packages and sales
  • online support

Cons

  • tools that allow the data to easily move into other CRMs
  • some of the items could have more editing options
  • allowed for more auction support leading to more revenue
There is always room to improve. Sometimes it takes a little work to figure out where something lives - not always intuitive

This tool is great for events, especially events that have multiple needs within it. Its a robust tool and the customer support is great too.
