Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We utilize OneCause as a fundraising platform for our events. It allows us to house all of our donations, ticket sales/sponsorships, table management and raffle/auction management.

Pros

  • The touch points prior to the events, where you meet with a rep you walks you through your event and answers any questions.
  • Table Management in the fundraising platform.
  • Customer service when you have any issues. Fast and efficient responses.

Cons

  • Not being able to edit slides more for the event
  • Little flukes in the website building process. Was unable to add in images where needed and support couldn't figure it out.
  • Lack of flexibility with website design. Couldn't fit all of it and it cut off on mobile site.
  • OneCause created a one stop process for all of our fundraising needs.
  • It allowed customers to input CC info prior to event so during it was all ready for processing
  • It allowed us to keep track of auction items prior and during event
It is very user friendly and what I have had issues with is always quickly fixed or resolved by support. We use it for all of our events and it is helpful to curate what we need consistently. We also emjoy that we are able to curate the needs of our event prior and have constant communication prior and following the event.
Support from OneCause is wonderful! You can contact them multiple ways, whether it be by phone, email or chat and they are always quick to help resolve the issue.

If is a great way to have a one stop platform that meets the needs for your events and it is convenient being able to house everything necessary in one platform rather than having to use multiples. The system can be a bit confusing, so would recommend only using if you have adequate time to fully understand the system before you use it.
