Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use OneCause for our special events: registrations, check-ins, silent & live auctions, and paddle raises. These events currently include a gala, a sporting clays tournament and a poker tournament. We enjoy the ease and efficiency of the product and the customer service provided by their professional team. I've been using them a multiple organizations for nearly 5 years.

Pros

Cons

  • I don't love the aesthetics of the auction website shared with bidders
  • OneCause has saved me dozens of hours of work
OneCause is pretty easy to use, if you understand databases in general. There is a small learning curve, but once you understand the idiosyncrasies, it is very user-friendly.
I've rarely needed support, but when I did, i was fast and helptful.
