Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

I use OneCause for event management and registration of Foundation events. Our large events cannot be managed by a spreadsheet so OneCause's Auctions and Events software make it easy to track attendees as well as process credit card payments for donations and sales.

Cons

  • deleting supporters when needed is a process
  • More control over graphics throughout the platform
  • It will increase our ability to earn more money in that attendees that want to donate can from their seat and it will take just a few minutes. The other system we used took about 10 minutes to navigate, start to finish. OneCause cuts that purchase time down by half with the very easy to understand setup.
Very user friendly and quick updates that I can see immediately.
I can chat with someone on my computer. The help button is very informative and answers are easy to understand. Onecause University has great videos and instructions that allow me to help myself.
