Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We utilize OneCause to aid in our large events throughout the Fundraising year. This includes online raffles, our annual Cowboy Joe Club Auction, Annual Cowboy Joe Club Golf Series and more. OneCause addresses the need for a user friendly fundraising software that is purpose built for events. The functionality is truly second to none. We love the fact that we can text our attendees and communicate per event directly through the software.

  • We have significantly increased our revenue since 2022 by roughly $100,000 from our Cowboy Joe Club Auction due to using OneCause.
  • We have quadrupled our raffles/fixed price revenue.
  • We have increased our attendees and supporters covering the costs associated with their purchases. Nearly $8,000 was done in 2025, versus $900 in 2024.
From site design, creating live/silent auction lots to sending communication, the site and software is extremely user friendly. I also believe that the software is easy to change settings, create sponsors, and invoice sponsors. Proceeds manager might be my favorite tool in the entire software. I would however say that the Show Manager needs significant improvements, as well as some of the analytics could be adjusted. The other needed improvement is the pricing on packages needs to be friendlier.
Support is always there to be of assistance, especially on event day. I have had nothing but good experiences throughout my 4+ years of dealing with OneCause.

I would recommend OneCause due to its easy to use interface, customization of fundraising events, user friendliness from an attendee perspective, AI generated auction descriptions, and procurement tools. I would also recommend the software to utilize on the golf course for golf tournaments, registration, fixed price sales, and quick checkout for attendees.
